My name is Bar, and I am a fitness coach with years of experience in the world of fitness and sports. I specialize in personal fitness training, group workouts, and the planning and leadership of sports workshops for groups.
I create personalized training programs tailored to each client’s goals, fitness level, and lifestyle - with a strong focus on professionalism, consistency, motivation, and an enjoyable and effective training experience.
I studied sports and fitness training for three years at Givat Washington College, where I gained professional knowledge and practical tools in personal and group fitness coaching. In addition to personal and group training sessions, I also plan and lead sports workshops and active team-building experiences for organized groups, combining activities such as urban navigation runs, strength training, outdoor challenges, water sports, cycling, and more.
My goal is to create professional, motivating, and engaging sports experiences that inspire individuals and groups, strengthen connections, and create unforgettable memories.
